Jackrabbit Brewing Company was started in 2011 by four avid homebrewers who share a passion for full-flavored, yet balanced beers. Taking inspiration from Belgian, English and German brews, our goal is to craft beer that is founded in tradition, but defies convention with California-style inventiveness. We have a DIY ethic when it comes to our beer, our brewery and our business - in other words, we prefer to do things our own way (often, the hard way). All of our beer recipes were designed and perfected by us, and even our 5-barrel brewing system was custom built by the Jackrabbit crew.
